Do I have to use your service to fix my gaps?
No. The Reality Check shows you where the gaps are. If you can fix them yourself, great. Most garage owners find the detail (face-fit testing, LEV scheduling, task-specific assessments) is where it gets time-consuming — and that’s the part we do for you. But there’s no obligation.
Can you do this remotely, or do you need to visit?
Mostly remote. We work by WhatsApp, phone, and video call. For the Bay File, we’ll ask you to photograph or film key areas of your workshop so we can build a file that matches reality. If you’re within range and want a site visit, we can discuss it.
How long does the Bay File take to set up?
Typically 2–3 weeks from our first call to a complete, findable COSHH file. We do the heavy lifting — you just need to answer questions about your workshop and share photos where needed.
